This house had decayed window trim which was ravaged by woodpeckers.  The resulting damage had reached the sheathing behind the siding.  JAZ Building removed the siding and found the homeowner was lucky.  The damage was localized to the window area.  We replaced the bad waferboard sheathing with plywood.  After new housewrap with taped seams, the siding was replaced.  

Posts bottoms were decayed from being in contact with concrete.  After reviewing the options, the homeowner wanted them repaired.  The roof was supported as the post bottoms were cut with a half lap joint.  A mating pieces of pressure treated were fitted, mounted on a post anchors, glued, screwed and reinforced with steel plates.  The posts were then wrapped with trim added.  

Client wanted a different floor.  Darker tiles laid on the diagonal gave the kitchen a whole new look
